As always, this isn't a closed event for NGW trainees. We encourage any trainees and wrestlers around the country not to miss out on this truely incredible opportunity!

The session will run at our normal training time. This session is open to both our advance and beginners trainees. Although we politely ask that no absolute beginners (with zero wrestling training) attend.
Juniors will run as normal.
