Indulge your senses with decadent Award Winning Wines by Robert Oatley & The Lane, as our wine connoisseurs guide you through the complexities of each wine.

A selection of both Red and White Wines will be on offer, with cuisines matched perfectly to complement each wine. On arrival, Italian Prosecco will be served with freshly shucked Oysters.

Our first station will highlight some light and fresh varieties, including a Central Ranges White Blend as well as a Tasmanian Pinot Noir. Complementing these will be Smoked Trout along with a Prosciutto and Bresaola platter.

Rich and textural items are next on the menu, with a Chardonnay and Pinot Grigio on offer from West Australia. The Lane Vineyard will also be on display, with a delicious South Australian Shiraz. Your taste buds will be tantalised by a Sage & Pea Risotto and Peri Peri Chicken skewers.

Those with a sweet tooth are not forgotten. West Australian Riesling and Tasmanian Botrytis Riesling will be served with a Fondue of Chocolate and dipping fruit, Honeycomb, and a Peanut Brittle Toffee.

If you enjoy wine, you will love this, as we are bringing the Vineyard to you! These perfect pairings will excite your pallet and deepen your appreciation for fine wine and cuisine.

To create a smooth atmosphere, from which you will gain the most enjoyment, local talent will be playing relaxing, soft, contemporary music throughout the evening.
