The “SALSA & BACHATA PRACTICE SESSION” w/ a hint of Cha-Cha is a relaxed, friendly gathering of Latin Dance enthusiasts. It's an opportunity to practice moves and patterns you're not totally confident about or perhaps due to lack of practice have forgotten. You can also learn some new moves while meeting and dancing with salsa dancers of all levels.

The format of Practice Session will "NOT" include formal lessons or instructions as the purpose is to bring together people to share and practice together in their own pace and comfort- or we just dance for Fun. There will be no DJ, but music will be provided playing in the background

Dancers are encourage to bring a partner. You can choose to work alone with your partner or invite others to participate in what you are working on.

Dancers of all levels should attend, from beginners to professionals, to grow the dance community we encourage everybody dance with people of every level. Changing partners often helps with learning and understand a wide variety of styles and abilities. Guys be a gentlemen and ask women to dance. Women are also encouraged to ask men to dance.

Bonus: From time-to-time, workshops will be held on Posture, Balance, and Flexibility, all of which are necessary to condition and prepare the body for efficient dancing.
