Theme for this years show is Massey Ferguson
The annual club working day is held on the first Sunday of September. The event raises money for charity. There are wide range of tractors, implements, Land Rovers, Stationary Engines, Cars and Lorries on display.
During the day tractors can be seen working using a wide range of implements. In the harvest field vintage combines are used to cut corn. A bailer follows the combines collecting the straw. Ploughing takes place on the main field. A wide range of ploughs are used, two and three furrow conventional also reversible. Tractor Pulling takes place throughout the day . There is a big sledge for tractors and a small sledge for Land Rovers and four wheel drives. Competitors take it in turn to pull the sledge up the track. There are all different makes and models of tractor entered. Some have been modified with big engines while others are left standard.Each year the club have a theme relating to a tractor manufacturer. The theme is used throughout the year before the working day. Tractors of the manufacturer entered at the day are judged. The tractor the judge picks wins best in show.
The theme for 2014 is Massey Ferguson and Ferguson.
The theme for 2013 was Zetor.
The theme for 2012 was International.
The theme for 2011 was Leyland.
