Les Dj sets de Bambounou sont imparables. Ce jeune producteur parisien de 24 ans avait fait l'objet en 2013 d'un discours plus que dythirambique à son égard de la part du maître ès techno française : Laurent Garnier himself. Il avait donc la pression le jeune. Mais il s'en affranchit très bien se posant comme le catalyseur d'une musique puisant ses influences entre classiques house et techno américains et les sons de basses de la club music anglaise. Sans concession, il marque les esprits et les oreilles.

Jeremy Guindo, PKA Bambounou, is one of the two French elements of Berlin-based label 50WEAPONS, skillfully run by duet Modeselektor with whom he has been working since 2012.
At the age of only 24, 7 EPs and an album (“Orbiting” – 50WEAPONS) behind him, Bambounou has quickly raised as one of the major acts of French and European's
house and techno scenes. His productions, widely inspired by the Chicago, Detroit and London scenes, have already proven his talent.
In March 2014, he released a remix EP of his latest cuts (“Ignition/Take It Out On Me”, out in December 2013 on 50WEAPONS) with new versions from French Fries (Parisbased ClekClekBoom’s bossman, to whom Bambounou is close) and Laurent Garnier, the other French guy of the German label.
After, a new collab track with French Fries (What’s Up Evan) on Jimmy Edgar’s Ultramajic in September and a new white label (Feel Like This/Onto This) on 50Weapons in November, Bambounou just finished his second album for
50WEAPONS- Centrum - which will be released on Feb 27th. 2015 is his.
