Party: RockSoc // Club Night + EGM

We're back in Sandy's Bar this Thursday for another glorious club night, but this time with something extra. RockSoc will be holding an EGM to elect this year's Sub-Honours Rep to the committee.

The role of Sub-Honours Rep is traditionally held by a first year, but the position is open to anyone. It basically requires you to talk to the younger members and see what they like and don't like, and then make sure we do more of the former. If you think you're the one for this job, come along and run! To run all you need is to be a member of the society and make a brief speech about why you should be the one to join the committee, then we'll ask you some questions and vote.

PLEASE NOTE: If you want to either run or vote, you MUST be a paid member of the society. If you aren't already, you will need to buy on the door (£3) or YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED IN (sorry, guys, Union rules).

Doors open at 9pm and entry is FREE. Until 11.30pm it'll be a regular club night, but then we'll turn down the music slightly and start the EGM. Then we'll turn the music back up again and celebrate having a new committee member :D
