From Tom Waits to Taj Mahal, join Gabi and Robbie for an evening of roots music, blues and drowsy gut-punching ballads, in a show about the little things in life, like heartbreak, hope, and unreasonabe drinking hours. We cordially extend this invitation to the blues, from the bottom of our hearts to the bottom of the glass.

If you haven't met Gabi yet, he was a founding member of the Tom Waits tribute band Rain Dogs, where he played rhythm guitar and vocals inspired by Mr. Waits' signature growl. Gabi is currently an independent artist continuing the tribute legacy in the studio and on stage, both solo and in collaboration with fellow musicians.

Southernman Robbie, who is baptized Robert Zsugya, plays a delta-blues ranging from Mississippi to the Danube, bringing the roots of the blues with an archaic image, playing original tunes, but also consecrated songs of the blues pioneers, combining slide guitar, finger picking, vocals and kazoo along with a “Bear paw” stomp box beat, that will carry you to the land of southern blues.

So grab a little drop of your poison of choice, clap hands and stick around for a while...
