Party: Jokes Please! - Rebates

The theme for this week’s hilarious stand-up show was going to be DEBATES but everything I was writing was getting me down. So REBATES it is!

I normally love rebates. However the current discourse surrounding the American Rebates is hard for me. People should be able to rigourously defend their choice of purchases without the threat of being jailed.

This metaphor is now getting me down because I don’t like equating American politics with purchasing things. Oh.
