Biography:

His name is Tupe and 'cos he is kool... his friends call him “Tupe-kool“... unfortunately he knows what that means in Estonian as well.

Selectah Tupe Kool is one of Helsinki's Finest, who decided to keep a low profile 'till lately, when he stepped up the game, took his musical inspiration to the clubs and went international. Tupe Kool discovered his love for music as a young little rude boy, SELECTING and listening to only the best of Afro/Jamaican tunes, thereby earning him the title “SELECTAH”. Dancing, clubbing, entertaining, singing and producing also lured a lot of admirers around the DJ.

The love for music, organising house parties and DJing/MCing in private parties and clubs eventually made SELECTAH change his mind about DJing purely as a hobby, to selecting tunes to please and thrill true party soldiers. The DJ is best known for his sexy underground DANCEMATIC music selection.
