“We want to BRING BAVARIA to the people!” (Armin Diederich. Sept, 2014.)
The journey began in 1989 when two German brothers Armin and Nils Diederich moved to England to study at University. Whilst here they made a promise to each other that one day they would create and share a vision of something that had always been close to their hearts; to follow in the footsteps of their ‘Opa’ and run their own Bier Keller.
Exactly 25 years later the brothers Diederich after months of touring Europe tasting tons of Biers and eating sausage are finally seeing their vision come to life.
Pooling all their traditional knowledge and experience and pouring it straight into the gullet of York with their very own STEIN BIER KELLER.
Featuring Authentic Bavarian Keller Decor and Live entertaining Oompah band shows nightly; they’ve even shipped over some of their cheeky friends to lend a hand, which means of course….EXTRA FRAULEIN.
Serving over 27 of Europe’s finest Biers, speciality Stein Cocktails and an array of Sausages & Snacks to soak them all up!
PROST!
